300MG – CBD is measured in milligrams for quantitative purposes. Research is showing that about 5-10MG is a good intake of CBD to activate your CBD receptors of each dosage. If someone is suffering from a more serious illness, then 20-40MG is recommended – but we are not doctors so you will have to experiment and find what works best for you.
